Loyalty System
Dear customers, we are very pleased to be able to offer you a loyalty system
that allows you to get a number of benefits and discounts, and ideally to have
some fun :)
Principle
As a registered customer, you gain loyalty points for various activities.
These points can be then used to gain benefits and discounts.
Depending on the number of points earned over the last 12 months, you can
become a member of the Gold, Silver or Bronze Club, and gain access to
additional benefits.
How to Use the Points
Discount: 25 points = 1 € (1 point = 1 CZK)
per order
- When purchasing, you can choose to use your loyalty points. For every
25 points, you get a 1 € (or 1 CZK for one point) discount on your
current order.
Membership in the Gold, Silver or Bronze Club
- The total number of points you earned in the last
12 months for orders in the e-shop is
calculated.
With 100 points, you become a member of the Bronze Club
- Free shippping within the Czech Republic for orders above 3000 CZK
- Free shipping to Slovakia pro orders above 120 €
- Free shipping to Germany and Austria for orders above 150 €
With 250 points, you become a member of the Silver Club
- Free shippping within the Czech Republic for orders above 2000 CZK
- Free shipping to Slovakia pro orders above 80 €
- Free shipping to Germany and Austria for orders above 125 €
With 500 points, you become a member of the Gold Club
- Free shippping within the Czech Republic for orders above 1500 CZK
- Free shipping to Slovakia pro orders above 60 €
- Free shipping to Germany and Austria for orders above 100 €
- Priority participation in events with a limited number of participants
- Priority warranty settlement
How To Get the Loyalty Points
Buying at Rotorama
- You earn 1 point for every 2 € or 50 CZK of your order value.
- Points are added to your account after the order has been paid.
- In the case of cancellation of the order, the respective points are
deducted.
Terms of the Loyalty System
- There is no legal entitlement to obtain and use the benefits of the loyalty
system; providing the benefits to the customer is entirely voluntary on the part
of the Operator.
- The Operator reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the
loyalty system or cancel the loyalty system at any time without any
compensation.
- Loyalty system does not apply to wholesale customers.
