Warranty claim

For warranty claim please follow this steps:

If it is an electronic component that was soldered/was powered somewhere, please send us a photo documentation of the connection of individual components to the component/con­nection of the claimed component to e-mail info@rotorama.cz. (This will speed up and simplify your warranty claim. The technician will be able to decide better and faster whether it is a defective component and whether there has been no mechanical damage. This will reduce the risk of the claim being rejected due to mechanical damage.) Then send the product in package with the completed warranty claim form  (the complaint form can be found at the bottom of the page). Please send the package with the product and the form to our Prague address:

  • We prefer sending the package via Zásilkovna.
  • After the package is delivered to us, we have 30 days to process the request. During this period we will contact you with a solution.

Returning of the product

If you want to withdraw from the purchase contract, you can do so at your own expense within 14 days of concluding the contract, taking over the goods, or taking over the last part of the purchased goods. Pack the undamaged goods in their original packaging with the completed form for withdrawing from the purchase contract (the form for withdrawing from the purchase contract can be found at the bottom of the page). Please send the package with the goods and the form to our Prague address:
