Radiomaster TX16S MKII 4v1

The Radiomaster TX16S MKII is a top-of-the-line radio used by even the best FPV pilots. The TX16S is a classic large format radio. Thanks to the large display and a lot of switches, the TX16 is also suitable for more complicated models.

Radiomaster TX16 uses the hall gimbals V4. Thanks to non-contact position sensing, the control is more accurate and there is no wear of conventional potentiometers. For gimbals, the stiffness of the springs and the range of the sticks (38°-54°) can be conveniently changed from the outside without the need to disassemble the radio. For the most demanding pilots, the improved AG01 gimbals (sold separately) are also available. The gimbals are complemented by thirteen aux switches. A large 4.3" color TFT touch screen with a resolution of 480x272px is used to set up the radio and display telemetry data. An integrated speaker is also used to inform the pilot. For a noisier environment, an audio jack is available for connecting headphones. The transmitter can also be connected to a PC via the upper USB connector for training on simulators.

For fans of setting with buttons, the Radiomaster TX16 retains the scroll wheel and four buttons found on other Radiomaster models. Radiomaster TX16 MKII uses opensource EdgeTX firmware (successor to OpenTX) which is fully customizable. The radio is powered by a pair of 18650 Liion batteries (not included) or a 2S battery. The battery is charged via the lower USB-C connector.

The radio uses an integrated 4-in-1 multi-protocol module that supports Flysky, Frsky, DSM, Syma, Devo and many other protocols. More information about multiprotocol here. On the back of the radio there is a standard large JR slot for possible expansion with an external transmitter module such as Crossfire or ELRS.
