Radiomaster Ranger Nano is 2.4GHz ELRS module for Nano shaft. ExpressLRS TX is an expansion transmitter module for small radio shafts. The module is compatible with radios with OpenTX or EdgeTX firmware.  ExpressLRS (ELRS for short) is an open source project and transmit and receive modules are produced by several manufacturers. Radiomaster is one of them. ELRS is currently one of the most advanced RC link. It offers reliable long-range link, high refresh rate up to 1000Hz, adjustable power, update via wifi and more. ELRS on 2.4GHz in all respects surpasses conventional RC systems on the same frequency while maintaining short antennas.  ELRS has great community support. However, it is an open system that is rapidly evolving and changing. All information about ELRS can be found at here.

The Radiomaste Ranger offers up to 1W of power and a refresh rate of up to 1000Hz. There is an omnidirectional antenna on the base transmitter for maximum coverage. This can be swapped out for a directional Moxon antenna, which has more gain and is suitable for longer distance flights. The Ranger has an integrated fan for good cooling of the module. It supports both Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity, which will be appreciated by fans of simulator flying. The module also includes an EPS8258 for controlling ELRS Backpacks. The Radiomaster Ranger has a USB connector for easy firmware updates and an XT30 connector for connecting an external battery.
