QMC5883L - external compass

External compass (magnetometer) for long-range drones using iNav or Ardupilot firmware. The compass senses the earth's magnetic field, which is very weak and can easily be disturbed by surrounding electronics, especially battery power cables or Liion batteries. For this reason, the compass on the drone needs to be placed as far away from the surrounding electronics as possible, which is not always possible when combining GPS and compass in one module. A separate external compass allows the compass to be installed in an ideal remote location (such as on the leg of the drone).
