GEPRC DoMain 4.2 is a small 4" freestyle drone with HD transmission DJI O3. Smaller 4" drones are a great alternative to the classic 5" drones if you don't need to fly with a large GoPro camera (although it can also carry one).
DoMain is equipped with SPEEDX2 2105.5 2650Kv motors, which combined with a 4" propeller and 6S battery provide more than enough power for all freestyle and aerobatic elements. Compared to a 5" drone, the DoMain 4.2 is smaller, lighter and more agile. The drone uses the Deadcat style of frame, with the front arms moved beyond camera level. This means that the edges of the propellers are not visible in the image, which is especially important when capturing HD footage from the DJI O3 unit. The arms are cut from 4mm thick carbon fiber. Flight is taken care of by a GEPRC Taker F722 SE flight controller with MPU6000 gyro combined with E55A ESCs with BlHeli_32 firmware. Image transmission is handled by the aforementioned DJI O3 unit. The camera is mounted in sides made of 7075 aluminum alloy. The electronics are protected by plastic sidewalls that can be replaced. It also has the advantage of a tightly attached XT60 connector, which makes battery handling easier and minimizes the chance of cables being cut by propellers.
The drone comes with an ELRS 2.4GHz receiver without a GPS module. Recommended batteries are 1000-1300mAh 6S Lipo.
