DarwinFPV Johnny 5" is a drone suitable for beginner pilots. It aims to get pilots in the air at the lowest possible price. This makes the drone suitable for first flights and associated first crashes, where you don't needlessly destroy more expensive equipment. Despite its low price, the drone is quite well equipped. The drone is built on a Johnny 5" freestyle frame, which has arms made of 5.5mm thick carbon fiber. Johnny 5" uses flight controller with F405 processor, which also supports the latest versions of betaflight, and a MPU6500 gyro. The board is complemented by 50A ESCs with BlHeli_S firmware. Thrust is provided by 2207 2400Kv motors and Gemfan 51466 propellers. Video transmission is provided by a DarwinFPV TX805P video transmitter with up to 800mW power and a DarwinFPV camera. A DarwinFPV 2.4GHz ELRS receiver is used to transmit the RC signal.
The recommended battery is a 4S with a capacity of 1300-1800mAh.
