AtomRC Dolphin is a fixedwing with a wingspan of 845mm. The wing is made of EPP material reinforced with carbon. EPP material is very durable and can be easily glued together in case of damage. The Dolphin is designed for use with a FPV camera and optionally a flight controller.
The wings slide onto the carbon reinforcement and are secured with a screw in the middle. They are thus easily detachable, which makes it easy for transport. The trailing edges of the wings are protected by a plastic cover for increased durability. Separable is also the nose for the FPV camera. Once removed, the nose can accommodate a GoPro or other action camera. The front section has a large battery compartment covered with black EPP. The recommended battery is 4S weighing up to 300g. For maximum flight time, a 4S1P 21700 Liion can be used. Under the rear black EPP cover is a large compartment for the controller, video transmitter, RC receiver and other electronics. On the bottom side are guards for easy landing. Dolphin has designed air vents for active cooling of all electronics. Steerable Elevons on the wings are complemented by non-steerable V-Tail stabilizers. Elevons are reinforced with carbon fiber stiffeners.
AtomRC Dolphin is available in RTH. The aircraft has already installed motor 2306 1800Kv, 30A BlHeli_S ESC, 9g servo and flight controller with GPS module. The aircraft can thus be built and prepared for flight very quickly. You need to add a RC receiver and possibly FPV equipment.
