Li-ion
Welded packs and individual cells. Li-ion batteries have a higher energy density than Lipo batteries. They offer a higher capacity with less weight. However, their disadvantage is that they are not able to provide such high currents. Li-ion packs are thus more suitable for more experienced pilots. Separate cells are very often used to power RC radios.
